Mini mobility Integration to carshop

Jesper Hummelgaard Muhs is the director and co-owner of Mini Mobility and has worked in the automotive industry for nearly two decades.

Mini Mobility, a subsidiary of LokalLeasing, was established when we identified a gap in the car rental market. We are observing a growing trend towards subscription solutions everywhere and foresee that this development will continue in the coming years. I am pleased to have started Mini Mobility, where we can provide both short-term and long-term leasing and rental contracts for cars. We began by purchasing a fleet of around 30 cars. That involved handling many contracts and agreements from the outset, and we needed a solution to make this process easier and more efficient.

Switched from another solution

Before we were introduced to CarShop, a collaboration between CarAds, Documendo, and Penneo, we used another solution. We found a system that handled payments, sent out rental contracts, and managed other tasks. It made sense to start with that, but this solution was more suited for daily rentals, which was not our primary business focus. Consequently, there were certain features we missed, as we primarily lease cars on a monthly basis.

Secure digital signature with Penneo

We switched to CarShop’s solution, and it has truly paid off! To begin with, it was significantly cheaper since our previous solution required a percentage of the revenue, administrative fees, and a percentage of the revenue for marketing. Additionally, there was much greater security with CarShop. The integration of digital signatures is a more secure process, with contracts also being stored safely in Penneo’s archive. I also have easy access to information about who has signed the contracts and who has the cars. The digital signature ensures quicker signing of leasing contracts, which is fantastic. Previously, we used to have a physical folder that we had to keep track of and retrieve whenever information was needed. Now, everything is stored securely with Penneo.

Flexible leasing template

We have also gained increased flexibility and a better workflow. Our previous solution resulted in not immediately receiving all the necessary information, such as personal identification numbers, pictures of health insurance cards, and driver’s licenses. Initially, we received nothing. This led to a lot of back-and-forth with customers, making the process longer than necessary. There were also issues with the fixed templates we had for leasing contracts. They were inflexible. I could only influence the price, and that was it. CarShop’s solution, on the other hand, offers a high degree of flexibility. It is a huge advantage that I can simply download the template from Documendo. I can easily adjust it to fit any changes in the rental terms. Additionally, changes can be implemented immediately. The previous templates were very rigid. Some were even incomplete. Now, we can even add our own branding and logo to the contracts, giving a more professional appearance.

It is all automatic

Fundamentally, it is a fantastic solution that has become an integral part of our workflow. Everything operates online, so we no longer need to handle and archive physical paper documents. The customer can go to the website, choose a car, and enter the necessary information, including ID. The data is then automatically generated and compiled into a completed leasing contract that just needs to be signed. The entire process runs smoothly. I think it’s amazing that everything can be done from the computer without my intervention. It all operates automatically. I am extremely satisfied with this brilliant solution. It is cheaper, better, and faster than anything I have experienced before.
