PREVIOUSLY, WE HAD A TEDIOUS MANUAL WORKFLOW
Before we implemented Documendo’s solution, the process of proposal and contract creation was manual and time-consuming. We used to manually enter data based on a template, that was stored on the shared drive. This meant that a lot of time was spent on creating new proposals and partnership agreements. When prices and conditions were updated, we had to be very careful to ensure everything was correct. Were all sections included and updated correctly? Was the price calculated accurately? We meticulously reviewed the documents with multiple checks, and it required several sets of eyes, as it is easy to overlook one’s own mistakes.
From 2 hours to 2 minutes
After implementing Documendo’s solution, we immediately noticed the difference. The process was automated, making it much easier and faster to create proposals and partnership agreements. Additionally, we are now 100% confident that our proposals and partnership agreements are accurate every time.
Previously, our process started with sending a brief partnership agreement of a few pages. This was followed by a separate, more comprehensive partnership agreement that included everything. This required us to remember what had been discussed earlier and begin a new manual and time-consuming process to draft the full partnership agreement. Now, we can create proposals and partnership agreements simultaneously. This change has reduced the process from 2 hours to 2 minutes. This has made a significant difference and freed up time for other tasks.

Everything is very straightforward: we simply fill in the necessary information, such as contact details, signatures, which modules to include, the number of users, etc., in a guided flow. Then, Documendo’s solution automatically calculates the final price. It truly is a practical and user-friendly workflow.
Brilliant integrations
We are also very excited about the CVR integration. We simply copy the CVR number, and the system automatically fills in the relevant company information. It’s brilliant!
Previously, we used to send various agreements for signature physically. This was an additional time-consuming process that required printers, scanners, pens, etc. Thanks to Documendo’s close collaboration with Penneo, their solution also allows for digital signatures. This is a hundred times easier. Agreements get signed much faster than before. We even experience some agreements being signed while people are on vacation, due to the convenience of signing digitally.

These improvements have helped us scale our sales as demand continues to grow. It only takes a moment to create a new contract. We are constantly adding new modules and features that we want to include in our proposals and contracts, and with Documendo, we know that all salespeople are always working from the latest updated template. When we recently added a new salesperson to the team, he was able to get onboarded into the process of creating proposals and partnership agreements in just 5 minutes. Since then, he has easily created all partnership agreements without any issues using Documendo’s smart solution – “it just works.”.
