After a certain number of contracts, we’ll tailor a model specifically for you. We can automate as many offers, contracts, and other documents as you need, and provide access for as many users as required. This ensures that our solution scales to fit your unique needs.
Continuous update
Focus on your core business, and let us handle the continuous updates to your automated documents. However, if you prefer, you’re welcome to make the updates yourself using our designer.
FAQ for subscriptions
Can I update an automated contract myself?
Customize your offers, contracts or other documents by yourself in our Designer. After your template has been automated, you get full access. We can also help you with updates, so you don’t have to worry about the more complicated technical aspects. Contact us if you want help with updates.
Can I use a digital signature?
Yes, if you choose the Pro or Business model it is activated. Thereby, your documents can be signed with NemId/MitId, Nordisk BankId or touch-based. Touch-based signature is just like receiving a package.
Each month you have a fixed number of signatures available, which can be adjusted as needed.
Documendo uses Penneo for digital signature.
How many documents can I create?
The number of documents you can create varies depending on the model you have chosen.
If you have the Business model, however, you can create as many documents as there is room for in relation to your subscription. This means that you have the possibility to create 5,000 documents if you have “Business” and your document template in Word takes up 50 Kb. This is because the document is stored in both Word and PDF and therefore one document will take up 50 Kb in the Word version and approx. 50 Kb. in the PDF version.
What is a customer/client request?
Send your customers/clients a request to enter some necessary data for an offer or contract. When the data has been entered, you receive a notification by email and can read the final document.
You can also collect data such as files and images from your customers/clients. Thereby, you have all the necessary information to advance with a case.
Can I make my contract template smaller?
If your templates take up a lot of space, it is typically because the Word file contains high-resolution images. Images can be advantageously compressed to minimize size. This reduces the size of the template and you have room for more documents.
An added logo may look very small, but might be in a very high resolution, so that the logo alone takes up several Megabytes (Mb) in your Word-file.
When will my subscription be activated?
Your subscription is only activated once your documents have been automated.
Can I change my subscription or cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can freely change your subscription after the binding period of 6 months. However, you can always switch to a larger model, for example from Starter to Business.
Subscription can be canceled with 3 months’ notice before the end of a calendar month.
What is an automated contract?
An automated contract is a digital version of one of your current document templates. One automated contract may well consist of several different contract templates, as the solution can handle the different variations in the document automatically.
When your contracts are automated, you or a new colleague can create uniform contracts in a few minutes.
